This newly remodeled unit is bright and spacious with custom furnishings and local art. The Gulfview balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. A small kitchenette has a fridge/freezer combination, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a small desk and plenty of closet space for your belongings.
 
This unit is great for a family traveling with a child. The comfy chair also converts into a twin sleeper. I can provide beach toys/umbrellas/ additional bedding upon request. There is also a laundry room in the building.
 
Gulf Place is a beautiful, conveniently located complex with so much to do! Pools, tennis, shopping, and restaurants are all right outside your door, and you are only steps away to beach, via private beach access.

Charming place in the perfect location!


Such a great studio for someone looking to be close to restaurants and the beach. With such a short weekend trip we had everything we needed in the studio so we could spend the majority of our time on the beach. Highly recommend!

Great Little Vacation


We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Costa. The views were amazing and the studio was so clean and inviting. Loved the décor. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. Hope to be back soon!

Awesome studio in the perfect location!


This studio was just as pictured! It was perfect for me and my boyfriend. It was our first time in Santa Rosa and at Gulf Place. The room was nice and the bed was so comfy. My only wish for the room was that the patio was larger but the accommodations were perfect. The location was perfect! The Perfect Pig was amazing and the Mexican restaurant was super yummy too! The beach was just a short walk across 30A. We had a wonderful time! Kelly was super responsive to all of our needs. We highly reccemmend this property!
