I was a TV news reporter for 15 years, then owned and operated a PR firm in South Florida. Today I am a hotelier, with five top-rated boutique properties by the beach, all blocks apart and listed on this site, including this one. I am a hands-on owner and my goal is to ensure that all of our guests have a safe, clean, comfortable and memorable stay. My hobbies are photography, travel and dancing (ballroom, Latin, Argentine Tango, Country, Swing and Hustle). I am professional, educated, volunteer in my community, was raised with manners, am active, healthy, non-smoker and believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect. With us, you are not renting from an absentee owner. There is always someone to help. I live ten minutes away, and our full-time maintenance chief keeps our places looking and running amazing all of the time. He and I are always available to help you with your questions and needs.
In the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, after deduction of the $300 administration fee and 20% of each new rental fee collected to cover commissions. Travel insurance is recommended prior to signing this lease for anyone who is unsure whether they may need to cancel.
