Our guests appreciate the large kitchen and dining room for their large families and more so when they vacation during the holidays and want to create their holiday dinners at home, especially Christmas and Thanksgiving.
 
Living Area
Your vacation home is beautifully furnished and is fully air conditioned, and includes a large family room and living room. The large family room area with sliding patio doors opens onto the pool deck. Relax in comfort while enjoying TV after a long day in the parks.

Terms & Conditions

Super Strict 30
Cancel up to 30 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 30 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are only refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

Additional Rate details

Please note that the standard web quote may not include fees for optional pool heating, spa use or grill use. If requested, there will be extra taxable charges: pool heating: $25/night, grill rental: $12 per day.  For homes with a BBQ, guest is responsible to refill/exchange when needed.
Please Note:  For homes that allow pets there is a $169 per pet fee which includes additional fee.
