simple but comfortable

A simple but comfortable place very close to all the action in and around crown point. the pool is lovely. very spacious yard and garden. you cant compare this to hilton or any big fancy hotel but for the price its very cosy and homely.

Great stay at crusoe's tobago!

Well once again I\'m in tobago, passed a few times by this place and decided I must try this place, review time, 1 love the garden area, big and spacious, 2 pool nice for the size, clean, not bad, 3 the room was nice, clean got the upstairs room 6, love the view, overall, the place was nice, not much area for drying wet clothes, could put up a clothes line in the back area, also a in house mini mart will be good, but I\'ll give a 9 out of 10 for me personally, no problems with the place!

Great Place

On arrival at Crusoe\'s the landscaping was fantastic, the owners were kind and friendly. Generally the place was clean and well kept, the rooms were spacious, very clean and i loved the kitchenette area. However the dinning and living room furniture needs a bit of updating. It was quiet and surreal, the pool area was amazing, it looked a bit small but when you get in wow.. We stayed 4 days and loved every second of it, I will surely visit Crusoe\'s again.

Almost like home...

My experience at Crusoe\'s was great. Our group consisted of two couples, so we stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The rooms were upstairs while the kitchen and living area were downstairs. Bedrooms were comfy and air conditioned. There was a shared bathroom, which was accessible from both rooms. It wasn\'t so bad sharing, but it was annoying if the other couple forgot to unlock both bathroom doors. Made me feel bad for waking them up in the middle of the night for a late night potty run! :) Kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook, which we did everyday. Kitchen could stand to be better taken care of, but we managed. It served its purpose. Staff was friendly. Wifi was free. Just ask for password at the office. Pool was nice and clean. The grounds are VERY well kept. Apartments have porches and balconies, which served as great hangout spots. We stayed for 5 nights. It would have been great if clean sheets were brought around at least every other night. No one asked until our 4th night. I\'m sure I could have went to the office and got them with no issue. Just thought it would have been automatic. They should also keep a broom and dustpan in each apartment because the floors are tiled. We beached it a few days and the floors got sandy. Again, had I asked, someone more than likely would have taken care of it, but it was no big deal.

Wonderful place

Upon arrival at Crusoe\'s, the landscaping and parking were excellent. The owner was very friendly and even accommodated us when we arrived after 8 pm. The rooms were very clean, spacious and quiet. The pool was a nice size and we had it to ourselves which was a plus, they also closed off the pool at 10pm which I found was great compared to other places. There was a nice kitchenette and had just about everything you needed. Overall our 2 day stay was great, and would return again :)

Very peaceful and comfortable stay

I had noticed Crusoe\'s many times when visiting Tobago over the years and driving along Store Bay Local Road because of its large, well kept and lit compound. I finally had the chance to stay there last week for 1 week and found it a lovely place to stay. The 1-bedroom apartment I was in was spacious, had all that I needed and with a lovely breeze flowing through the kitchen windows from the back of the apartment (also spotted a barred antshrike in the tree outside my kitchen window one morning). Although I could sometimes hear from the bedroom muffled voices in the next apartment\'s living room & kitchen, it wasn\'t loud enough to be problematic. The owner was helpful with enquiries that I had and I look forward to staying there again (if I am so lucky since they have many repeat visitors who come for the winter).

Great Experience

I Was Amazed When I First Arrived At Crusoe\'s . I Was Shocked By How Beautiful The Landscaping Was. The Place Was Quiet And Clean. The Rooms Were Pretty Spacious And The Furniture Was Great. The Pool Closed At 11.00 pm, That Was A Shocker For Me Because They Normally Closed At 6.00pm, So Every Night I Went For A Swim. The Home Owners Were Polite And Friendly. And The Location Was Perfect About 10-15 minutes Walking Distance To Everything. I Really Enjoyed My Experience At Crusoe\'s And Would Recommend To Anyone. Can\'t Wait To Go Back There Again :)
