Comfortable 3 full bedroom house with swimming pool. Centrally located on a quiet cul-de-sac. 15 minutes drive to Clearwater beach, 30 minutes drive to St Pete beach, Tampa Bay, and St. Petersburg metropolises. Minutes walk to a public golf course.
 
This is a two-story 4 bedrooms 2400 sq. house BUT only 3 bedrooms, ALL upstairs, are available to the guests but I DO NOT live in the house or premises. The house is only four years old, open floor plan with the living room is open to the dining room and kitchen. There is a guest bathroom downstairs, and a guest full bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms have a 32" LED Smart TV with apps. The patio is very well maintained and is a great place for entertainment. The salt water pool is not heated but it's caged with temperatures of approximately 72 degrees depending on the weather. There is a grill and its fully accessible with gas tank provided. 60" TV, Cable, Netflix and DVD provided at no cost. Side by side washer and dryer available. Pack and play available for babies. Very quiet, modern, cozy and private place. The deposit is fully refundable if no claims are made, by me, within 48 hours. Airbnb holds the deposit for the guest(s). Lovely house and very well maintained. Discounts offered for longer stays and large number of guests. Am certain you'll enjoy the space.
 
Guest access
 
The guests have access to entire house except the 4th bedroom which is locked at all time.
 
Interaction with guests
 
I will meet the guest(s) the first day of check in and show them around and see if they have any questions.

We enjoyed our time in Clearwater Florida. The house was beautiful and just as pictured. Caroline was a wonderful host. She responded very quickly to any inquiries but also respected our privacy. I would work with her again when we return to the area.

Nice Place


House is as advertised and was very clean. 20 mins to Clearwater beach. We visited Sand Key Park Beach (ok but not the perfect sand of Clearwater), and parked twice at the first Clearwater Beach lot which is filled by about 10am or earlier, and on the last day went to the Rockaway Beach parking area which we found to be the best of the 3. Frenchy\'s was also ok. There are a few small things that should be addressed by the owner which we communicated and while none are major, 5 stars should be for a perfect stay. If these are addressed we\'d stay here again.
