Description

This gorgeous property is only 200 yards from the beach in the La Cachora district of Todos Santos. It boasts 3 generous bedroom suites, each with their own bath, and individual air conditioning.

All three can be set up with two XL twins, or a king bed. The whole house has multiple French doors to allow inside/outside living. In the kitchen, an island with stools and a folding set of windows opening to a walk-up bar make it the center of activity.

The lovely loggia leads to the heated pool with its private spa. The acre site allows for plenty of room for parking, as well as volleyball and impromptu game of bocce.

A walk down the country lane leads to a beach stretching as far as you can see. Upstairs, a huge second floor patio is the perfect place for toasting the sunset.

My sister and I, along with my teenage son, arranged a week at Casa Pacifica over Spring Break this year. We had stayed here previously , and it was every bit of lovely, beautiful peaceful that we remembered. We had a blast! The property is a true gem of relax. The design and layout of the home and property profits all of the weather and allows for a sweet family/friends gather in privacy. Close to the wonderful long beach for sunrise, sunset walks..the open structure of the home with the doors and windows layed out for airflow and breezes to keep it cool and let the outside in. Music for inside and out. The rooms separted for bedroom privacy. The kitchen and dining room for happy close gatherings. Our favorite is the outside bar connected to the kitchen with the open french windows...perfect for the afternoon happy hours by the pool. The pool is lovely with the saltwater and can be heated for the cool weather, or evening...or no need when it\'s hot. The hot tub is just too sweet, especially at night with the cool downs...and the overflow waterfall into the pool adds a nice sound effect. The landscaping in bloom was beautiful and enough to offer privacy on the property edges. Overall an excellent place to stay. We would love to return again!! David has been a fabulous host in communicating and making sure everything was set up and as needed before and during our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your sweet space!

Absolutely breathtaking!

My husband and I along with our adult children and grandchild visited todos santos for the first time. We had a great vacation and loved everything about this house . The grounds were beautiful , and the house is large and decorated to perfection . We would love to make it an annual trip including renting this house.

The Montanans

We rented this property 3 years ago. It was beyond sublime. We have been doing \"vacations by vrbo\" for 7 years now, all over the world. This place is simply the best. We are going back to it in 2014. Don\'t worry about this Casa....you\'re gonna LOVE it!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

We were five friends staying here for four nights and we couldn\'t have asked for a more pleasant place to stay. As others have said, the pictures do not do the house justice -- it\'s even more beautiful in person! The house accommodated us comfortably with room to spare. The kitchen was great for the limited cooking (and a little baking!) that we did. The pool and hot tub were divine. The house had easy access to the beach for walking and running -- and it\'s near a little turtle sanctuary, at least at the time of year that we were there (October). From the house, it was easy to get into Todos Santos, despite the poor condition of the road due to a recent hurricane, or to drive further afield, for example to go surfing.

Our Week in Paradise!

Our week long trip in Todos Santos couldn\'t have worked out more perfectly. Within four hours, we had hopped on a two-hour-long plane to Cabo San Lucas, picked up our rental car, made a pit stop at Costco to pick up all of our bulkier groceries, and hopped on the highway to arrive at the house. We had amazing weather with a nice, cool breeze (which was unexpected), got three great solid surfing days at Cerritos Beach, and went kayaking and snorkeling in La Paz for my birthday. My family have a few friends who have always offered to let us stay at their homes in Todos Santos and after staying at Casa Pacifico, I can\'t imagine us staying anywhere else. What was so great about the house was we were able to cook so many meals at home and if we wanted to go into town at all, we just walked. We couldn\'t have asked for a better trip and throughout all of our travels around the world, there is something so unique and indescribable about Todos Santos! The locals are so friendly and appreciative of your service in their stores and the restaurants are to die for. We highly recommend La Casita & Chilacos Tacos. There is no doubt we will be coming back here year after year!

A little bit of Todos Santos heaven!

If you think the photos look good, you should see the place in person! Beautifully decorated, wonderful layout, awesome location... everything you want for a relaxing vacation spot. I\'ve been twice - once as a family (with young-ish kids) and once for a girls trip - and both times everything was amazing!
