1/2 due at booking to secure dates and remaining 1/2 due 30 days prior to check-in.
Amount due can either be paid by check or by credit card through PayPal's secure site (you do NOT need to be a PayPal member to make a payment through PayPal). 3% fee for PayPal use. 
Coded door lock (no keys necessary).
