This 1 bedroom unit is located on the first floor of 2 stories villa. It has a private entry from the side with a balcony facing the ocean breeze with small path to the common pool area and outdoor shower also. It is a perfect quite place for a single or couple or small family to stay for vacation. The co-owner/host of our guests, Mr. Majid, currently lives in the house about 40 feet away . He enjoys kiteboarding and sailing. Our internet connection is fast and reliable. Our affiliated Kite Prove school offers 1.5 hours of complimentary kiteboarding lessons to all our guests. We do offer 2 hour kayak sail tandem ride on first come first serve basis and depending on availability of the host. We have stand up paddle boards , regular kayaks , beach chairs and umbrella for our guests use..
