After renting a condo here for the last 20 years, we are finally living the dream! We have just purchased 42 acres in Attalla, AL for our retirement home and as all parents know (we have 5 kids) bribery works best when it comes to the kids. We know the kids will come down to see us often if the beach and condo of their childhood memories is available to them, it will be 5 years before we can move to Attalla, so we are renting our summer home out to some very lucky guests!
