The monthly rate already includes a 15 % Discount for this Property. If 4 guests are included in a posted rate, each additional guest in a home will be charged an additional $70/week plus tax. Guests under 12 are free of charge. ELECTRIC CHARGES: $0.13/kwh with $25.00/week free allowance.
