This is a lovely getaway on the much desired tranquil of California. It’s quiet enough to get some peace and yet brimming with local life. You will be sure to find a perfect balance here of relaxation and fun in the sun.
All interior floors are travertine, except the bedrooms, which have carpet. The kitchen and bar countertops are granite. The three main showers are oversized with travertine walls, marble pebble floors, travertine benches and multiple shower heads controlled by thermostatic valves. The master bath has a jetted tub with an in-line heater for extended ocean-view bathing. Each of four full baths has a wall-hung mahogany cabinet for two. Each of five bedrooms has a king-size bed, a private bath and entrances from a family room and a lanai.
The home has central air. Fans and flow-through design maximize the benefits of the ocean breezes when central air is not used. A washer and dryer are available for guests and a private shower is available for those returning from the beach. The interior of the home is smoke free; however, smoking is permitted on the lanais.
