This villa offers an enclosed back yard with deck and patio area, charcoal barbecue and hot/cold shower. The living room features a wood burning fireplace for comfortable nights with sea breezes coming in through the front door as well as a stereo with CD player.
The kitchen has every amenity accessible for cocktails at sunset or a full, family dinner. Each bedroom features high quality, matching linens with fluffy pillows and duvets. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, wireless internet with Ethernet cable if needed, a flat screen high outs TV and a charming bathroom with dual sinks.
V4 Monte Velho vacation rental rates $420 per week. Rates are subject to change without notice.
V4 Monte Velho is right in the heart of the Sea bright neighborhood with steps to one of the best local beaches, complete with fire rings, restrooms, snack shack and showers.
Damage Deposit: 500 Euro - For family with 2 or more generations - 250 Euros
During the months of June, July, August and September we may only accept bookings with arrival and departure on Saturday.
