Villa Topazio is a charming Mediterranean style estate located on the hillside in Lombardy  with a dramatic view. As soon as you enter this home you are surrounded by a tropical garden with an ocean view and the spirit of this redecorated, comfortable and peaceful home.

The main home is where the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms are located. Upstairs, the master bedroom has twin beds or king, an en suite bathroom and features a small terrace with a sunset view. Downstairs, the second bedroom unwraps to the front terrace and pool. It has also twin beds or king and an en suite bathroom. The living room is adorned in white and is furnished with French antiques.

Located just off the living room is the significant and superbly equipped kitchen that opens onto an outside covered dining terrace that runs the length of the main home. In a separate cottage, the other bedroom opens a personal terrace facing the pool and view.

50% deposit is required on booking, the balance is paid on arrival. On booking please specify where you are from and the number of people, children and their age. Late arrival extra charges 25 euros after 22.30, 50 euros.
Early departure extra charge 15 euros per hour.
