Sit on the deck to eat and get pleasure from the vista or at the dining room table which seats ten people comfortably. The dining area is adjoining to our brand-new gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops, 6 burner Viking cook top, warming drawer, and double oven.
The condo also borders a beautiful park with complete children’s playground as well as a lighted beach volleyball court. It is very enjoyable to take a walk along the \'\'Promenade\'\'. There are a lot of restaurants at the beach .It takes about 15 minutes to take a walk to Quebec and Nice Centre.
Rental rates depend upon the season and vacations, weekdays or weekends, duration of stay and amount of people.
