CANCELLATION by the client: Once the booking is confirmed, if you have to cancel it, we will proceed in this way: - up to 120 days before rental period: 50% of the deposit; - up to 90 days before rental period: 70% of the deposit; - up to 60 days before rental period: 90% of the deposit; - otherwise (less than 31 days before rental period) 100% of the deposit.
BOOKING: 50% of rent must be paid at the moment of booking by bank draft or by credit card trough PayPal as deposit; while the remaining 50% has to be paid by credit card or cash at your arrival. On receipt of the first deposit the booking is confirmed.
DISCOUNTS: we offer discounted rates throughout the year for: early or last minute bookings, for long stay rental (more than a week), families with children and for returning guests. Email us to get the best personalized quote and additional details.
All the above prices are charged up to 10 people, no discount for a lower number since the villa is rented entirely. Additional beds are available (extending the max capacity up to 12) at 250euro per person per week.
