La Verrerie is a completely refurbished traditional Auvergne farmhouse.
The house has been sympathetically renovated as two separate cottages, maintaining many of the house’s original features. The cottages can be rented separately or together.
Gite 1: Gite 1 has a double room and twin bedroom, kitchen/dining room with gas cooker, dishwasher, and woodburning stove. There is a separate large lounge with a seating area, a DVD/CD/MP3 player and television and a dining table big enough to use as a combined dining area when both apartments are rented by the same group!
Payments can be made by personal cheque or bankers draft in sterling or euros, or by bank transfer direct to our account.
A reservation is made once a booking form, together with a deposit of 25%, has been received from you and the booking is confirmed in writing. Provisional bookings made by email, fax or telephone can be held for 14 days, pending receipt of a completed booking form.
Deposits paid are not refundable. The balance of your holiday is payable six weeks prior to your holiday start date and will be advised by us when we confirm your booking. Unless notice of cancellation is received prior to the balance payment date, balance monies will remain due and payable. It is your responsibility to take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
