The hotel has been operated by same family since 1825. Hunter's is set in 2 acres of award winning gardens on the banks of the river Vartry in Co. Wicklow, known as the Garden of Ireland. Hunter's has 16 charming bedrooms, all with private bathroom, colour T.V. and direct dial telephone. Most rooms overlook the flower filled gardens along side the River Vartry. The hotel retains its old world charm with creaking floorboards, polished tile floors, old prints, beams, ancient sofas covered in old fashioned chintz and antique furniture.
