There is a through lounge\\dining-room and a separate kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one single, and a bathroom\\toilet including an electric shower. There is a separate toilet attached to the back of the house. The sleeping accommodation comprises one double and three single beds. A further single bed, a folding bed and a baby travel cot can be arranged if required. The kitchen has a full-size electric cooker with ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave and a good range of crockery and cutlery. Heating is by electric convectors and storage heating, and there is an open coal fire. There is a colour TV and DVD player. Outside the Cottage has a front garden and an enclosed rear courtyard/patio, and there is plenty of space for parking in the quiet lane at the front.
