If you're looking for a Clean, Spacious & yet Very Affordable rental, this is the place!
The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by well kept homes.
We are located on Puerto Rico's Northwest coast of the Island and just minutes away from the Augadilla Airport (BQN), yet this area is still undiscovered by the commercial tourism market.
You can be at your choice of local beaches in 3 to 15 minutes. One beach, "Jobo's", is a world famous surfing beach and is only a 3 minute drive from the Apartment. Visit other beaches such as "Shack's, Wilderness, Surfers and Crashboat" all with in a 10 to 15 minute drive.
Tom and I live on the property and are more than willing to share time & cost saving information when you are planning your daily adventures.
We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, boogie-board, snorkels & mask, all at no extra costs.
Cleaning fee: A One-Time cleaning fee of $40.00 is due upon your arrival.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit of $100.00 is required 21 days before your arrival (See Policies for more information)
