The rennovations included removing two large walls, constructing two covered porches, adding two large windows, heat, and bathrooms. There are 2 private guest rooms with outdoor entrances, each featuring a private bathrooms with showers. The building is located on the hill, with a view of Zachar Bay out the front windows and off the community deck.
