The villa, which is on the outskirts of Valbonne, is set in a guarded exclusive domain - Domaine Val d'Azur, with free use of 3 tennis courts and a large communal pool. The villa is on flat grounds of approx. 2,000 sq.m. The villa has a large lawn, spacious terrace with view over the declining swimming pool of 8mx4m. There are 6 sun beds by the pool and a dining table and 6 chairs on the beautifully situated veranda. There is also a Weber barbeque. Furthermore, there is a shared swimming pool which can be fun for the children. The beaches of Cannes and Antibes are approx. 15 km. away.
