If you're the outdoors type there is wonderful hiking and biking trails. Golf at the Eagle Pointe Resort and there are four other courses within the immediate vicinity. Catch a Basketball game at Indiana University. There is nothing like it! We have great shopping in Bloomington and when you've worn yourself right out, you'll have no trouble finding a memorable place to eat. We like a place called Little Zagreb. There's also Fairfax Marina just three miles from the condo where you can rent a variety of boats to go fishing or just sail around the lake.
Of course, there is plenty to do right on the ground of our wonderful resort: Large pool with ample seating, tennis and golf. Eagle Pointe is well-known for it's challenging course. And let's not forget Lake Monroe and all the fun it has to offer.
