This two-bedroom cottage is located at 304 South Summit Street in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance of downtown Fairhope and Mobile Bay. It is fully furnished with antiques and premium quality reproduction furniture. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, chest, dresser and cedar chest.
The other bedroom features a twin bunk bed. The spacious living room features a flat-screen LCD television, sofa sleeper, armchair and side tables. The custom sized dining table easily hosts six together with a sideboard and ample seating. A newly- remodeled kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas range, microwave, large refrigerator, china, silverware, and cooking utensils. The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower.
The corner property has a spacious lawn, outdoor table and seating, detached car port and utility room. The utility room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer and ample extra storage. Linens are furnished.
