The property has a vast open plan living area with sitting room, open fire place, dining for up to 16 people, large fully equipped granite kitchen with 6 burner electric hob and 2 ovens and dishwasher all opening onto a large terrace overlooking the lake with panoramic views. The ground floor has an additional living area with sofas, log fire and fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor is a games room and bar opening onto an additional terrace. Outside there is a luxurious 8 person jacuzzi/spa. Chalet des Ours has washing and drying machines.

Deposit: A 25% deposit of the rental fee is payable when you book and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: If cancelling more than 30 days prior to arrival you will forfeit your deposit. If cancelling less than 30 days prior to arrival you are only entitled to a full refund if a replacement booking is found.
