It has a large lounge, sunroom/dining room, bathroom with bath and separate shower, and a well equipped modern kitchen. Having gas central heating it is a cosy place to stay in all seasons. Being all on one level, the property is suitable for people with limited mobility. There are no steps to enter the house at the front, so there is access for assisted wheelchair guests. There is just one step down into the sunroom and from the kitchen, just one step down to the garden. However, please note there are no additional hand holds in the bathroom. You can enjoy lovely views across the Firth of Forth to the Island of May and the Bass Rock. There is a pretty south facing courtyard garden, and the beach and harbour can be reached in minutes via the path directly from the garden gate. Naamara is within easy walking distance of Crail’s village stores and local Inns.

This is a golfers paradise – within 10 miles of Crail there are 12 championship golf courses including the world famous Old Course at St Andrews. The pretty quaint villages and stunning seascapes make this area a haven for artists too.
