The spacious living room has a wood-burning stove (for which we provide the wood), hi-fi, freeview tv, dvd, a large, south-facing window and direct access to the conservatory. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge-freezer, combination oven, and hob. The bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of space for an additional, single bed (which we provide if required). The bedroom also has a double wardrobe, dressing table and ample storage space. The extra bed can alternatively be used in the living room and easily be stored in a cupboard during the day. There is central heating throughout the cottage. The bathroom has a full size bath and walk-in shower, as well as wash basin and toilet. An ideal 1 BR Holiday Cottage Rental for two.

My family and I live on site and are pleased to help guests in any way we can. At Burnbrae, guests find tranquillity, comfort and space. The site is surrounded by agricultural land but is no longer a working farm. Our time and resources are devoted to ensuring that you have an idyllic holiday in the Scottish Borders.
If more than two people occupy a cottage (using the bed-settee or a slideaway bed), there is a supplement of £5 per night (minimum £10). The prices indicated include provision of all towels and bedding. Also included are logs for the stove
Prices given are for 7 nights are for 2 people and include Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, wood for wood burner and use of bed linen and towels. Extra guests with notice can sleep on slide away bed either in living room or bedroom. £5 per person per night.
Any start day, for other length of stay, 5 nights 90% , 4 nights 80%, 3 nights 70%, 2 nights 60% of 7 night price.
