It is in a cul de sac, and overlooks the Oxford Canal.  Newly decorated,  it is available for rental for short breaks and holidays. It is ideal for weekends and perfect for visiting this historic city with its University, museums, theatre and unique character.
 
The house has 3 bedrooms and a sofabed. There are 2 double beds (4\'6\") and 1 twin room. There is also a sofabed for exceptional use and a separate study (photo below) that could be turned into a baby room: we can supply a travel cot. Linen and towels are provided and we can provide a welcome pack of essential groceries.
 
There is a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, a shower and wc on the ground floor and a bath with shower and WC on the first floor.  The rear garden runs down to a stream.
