This cozy 1,200 square foot home is centrally located just minutes from the Windsor Beach boat launch in Lake Havasu City, Arizona . Comfortably sleeping up to 6 people, the house features a lovely pool and backyard patio, 3 bedrooms a fireplace, and two baths. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The house is centrally air conditioned. The oversized yard with mature landscaping features a sparkling pool and lovely covered patio with overhead fans, a gas barbeque, and patio furniture for outdoor dining, relaxing, and entertaining. There is plenty of parking for your boat, wave runner, and/or RV in the 2-car garage or beside the house behind a locked gate. 3 Bedrooms: Large Master Suite featuring a queen-sized bed, sliding glass door to back patio, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and walk-in closet. All linens are provided. The third bedroom has a fold out couch and can be opened to the living room.
The Living Room features a big-screen television with cable and DVD player. Plenty of comfortable seating and a stereo with CD player is provided. The Dining Room seats 6 for indoor dining. The full service Kitchen with tiled floors has a large window facing the front of the house. Appliances include a cooktop stove and oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. A coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, dishes, flatware, cooking and serving dishes and utensils are included. A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are available. Telephones are available for incoming and local calls, and wifi is provided for Internet access.
A fully refundable security deposit is required with each reservation, along with a cleaning fee of $65. Pets are accepted on case by case basis for an additional charge. Smoking is not permitted inside this home.
