This villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an aroma-steam room shower in the Master Suite. There is also an outdoor garden shower, located off the pool area. Villa is afforded the luxuries of a full-time staff, including housekeeping and concierge services.
Each bedroom suite provides top-of-the-line bedding and chosen furnishings to ensure warmth and style. All the rooms are segregated from the main social areas in order to enhance privacy throughout your stay.

The vacation rental of this villa is $109 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Payment Option: Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
Policy: We require a 50% deposit on all accommodations reserved, including tax. You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow. For cancellations less than two weeks from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations. In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided.
Terms Conditions: We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Your email will be answered shortly with a description of the accommodations, rates, and other information. If you wish to reserve based on our reply, you will be asked for 50% as a deposit. Taxes of 13% are not included in the rates quoted. A 40 day cancellation policy is in effect prior to check in date, and must be in writing via email or fax. *40 day cancellation notice required for Christmas/New Years/Easter Weeks. A one night deposit will be charged to the credit card you have provided for each room reservation.
We highly recommend the units they operate�..they are always clean and presentable, and both Rimma and Uri have always been most co-operative to address any and all issues that arise. We love Costa Rica , we found in Coco a beautiful, safe little town that offers us everything we were looking for.
