This comfortable one bedroom condo easily accommodates four persons with a sleeper sofa and a dining area with seating for four. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and locally produced furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The living room is complete with a satellite TV and DVD/CD player. The condo has a full bathroom and an additional half bathroom. Phone calls to landlines in the US, Canada and some European countries are complimentary. This ground floor condo is located within Playa Kaan - a gated development with 24/7 on-site security as well as a swimming pool, tropical garden area, waterfall and sun deck.
Playa Kaan is located right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, only 3 ½ blocks from the beach and 1 ½ blocks from famous 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. It’s the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a short walking distance.

Deposits:
We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit:
You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds:
If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

8/16/2010 to 12/14/2010: $80.00 nightly, $560.00 Weekly.
12/15/2010 to 1/7/2011: $150.00 nightly, $900.00 Weekly.
1/8/2011 to 4/13/2011: $100.00 nightly, $650.00 Weekly.
4/14/2011 to 4/24/2011: $125.00 nightly, $775.00 Weekly.
