Situated on a lovely lot with mature trees and a yard perfect for an evening picnic or BBQ, these (1) bedroom (1 bathroom) units sleep up to 4 people and are cleanly equipped with a living/dining room area as well as a small but full kitchen. In the spirit of Moab, these condos offer every basic comfort in a simple and relaxing atmosphere.
Reservations are subject to the following:
A $ 25.00 reservation fee/cancellation fee for any reservation/cancellation made.
If you cancel within 14 days of arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost. Reservations that are canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of reservation cost. If payment has not been made by check 14 days prior to arrival date, your credit card will be charged 72 to 48 hours prior to arrival date. We need full payment before your arrival.
