My husband grew up in Crete and I grew up in Germany. From the first time I came to Crete on vacation, I was impressed by both the variety of scenery and the range of activity choices this island has to offer. My husband is an engineer and has personally designed and built our houses. Our personal taste is reflected on the design of our homes. We take personal pride in decorating and up keeping these homes. Villa Jasmin is a home we would happily live in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to cancel your booking, we require a written notification to be send to us via email. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. If a cancellation is received between 60 and 30 days, 50% of the full payment is requested. If a cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival, no payment will be refunded.
Maid Service and change of towels 3 times a week (by client arrangement upon arrival)
Security deposit: 500.- Euros
Special luxury package: welcome pack and wine upon arrival.
Rates are for a group up to 12 person. Additional person on request and 200.- euros/weekly.
PAYMENT
An advance payment via bank wire, equal to 30% of the rental rate is required in order to secure your booking. If funds are not received within 7 banking days the reservation will automatically be canceled. Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received at least 4 weeks prior to guest check in day. Failure to make this final payment on a timely basis will cause your reservation to be canceled. If the booking is made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, 100% of the total rental cost is be paid in order to secure a booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit (as written at the property description) is required. This damage deposit is requested upon arrival and refundable at the day of your departure, provided the following provisions are met. - No damage is done at the villa. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. No linens and towels are lost and damaged. No early check in or late check out.
