Skyline Ventures Max Patch Cabin is a lovely 3 bedroom, vacation home near Max Patch Mountain in the Pisgah National Forest. Sitting high at an elevation of 4,100 ft and just northeast of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, guests are afforded mild summers, snowy white winters, and quiet rustic nights. Skyline Ventures Max Patch Cabin is located just a few hundred yards from the Appalachian Trail and within a short drive to Hot Springs or Asheville, where dining and nightlife rival larger cities. We have taken every consideration to make sure your visit is pleasant and trouble-free. We feature Television with DVD player, a full kitchen with all utensils, books, laundry facilities and even the corkscrew. You only need to bring your romantic interest and plenty of time to enjoy the wealth of activities available. Bring your own horses for hundreds of miles of horseback riding through Pisgah National Forest, Harmon's Den and Cherokee National Forest.
Max Patch Cabin features a wonderful mixture of the latest appliances and charming antiques throughout the house. The living room suite compliments the thoughtful decorations and when you sit down you will truly feel like you are home. Bring your own horses for hundreds of miles of horseback riding through Pisgah National Forest, Harmon's Den and Cherokee National Forest. Max Patch Cabin has included everything you need for a pleasurable vacation: Fully equipped kitchen, All linens, Outdoor Grill on deck, Enjoyment of porches, grounds, Washer/Dryer/Ironing, Outside space available to tie up horses. All rentals require a $200.00 returnable security deposit. Two night minimum. We needs two week (14 days) cancellation notice for a refund to be issued.
No smoking indoors.
Pets are welcome if they are well behaved and know how to "go" outside.
Security deposits are returned no later than 7 days after check-out if all is in acceptable order (no property damage).
In season, 1st Week of April to Last Week of October:
$500.00 for 6 nights, 7 days; Monday to Sunday
$250.00 for a 3 night weekend; Friday to Sunday
$100.00 a night during the week with a two night minimum
Off Season, 1st Week of November to Last Week of March:
$400.00 for 6 nights, 7 days; Monday to Sunday
$200.00 for a 3 night weekend; Friday to Sunday
$80.00 a night during the week with a two night minimum
