This condo is located at the edge of one of the nicest beaches in Rincon where you step out of the yard onto the beach sand. Condo is located in a quaint Puerto Rican neighborhood out of the tourist area and you will have a true feel of Puerto Rico.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, lots of closet space, ceiling fan and plenty of windows. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds with dresser space, ceiling fan and plenty of windows. Each bedroom has a rollaway available. The screened, porch faces the yard and beach with windows all around and comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy the views.
The kitchen and dining area is open with full size refrigerator, 4 burner stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and everything you need.
Head out to the many local restaurants and bars within walking distance. If you are looking for something to do other than surf, try scuba diving, sailing, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, shopping, movies and many more activities within minutes of the house.
