The vacation rental property is only 1km from the ancient village that is located in an expansive pine forest under the beautiful red cliffs of the Rock of Roquebrune and cooled by the River Argens. The village was built on a rocky peak in 975 but all that remains today is an old tower but it has rebuilt with lots of charm. Do not miss seeing the rue des Portiques with arcades and frames. The village sports 4 stars in the French city of flowers competition. The nearby village of Bouverie has hiking trails. Roquebrune boasts over 300 day's sunshine a year so it is well worth a visit anytime.
