But it is not until you have to spent a night here that you. understand why that is so. In the morning the sound of the nearby church clock chiming on the hour and half hour as well as the prominent but soft calls of collared doves tempt guests to wake and take on the day head. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and a bathrobe. Due to the age of the house and the restrictions that a listed building imposes bathrooms are not en-suite and consequently the house can not exceed the four star rating it has achieved.
