Sleeps: 8Cottage 1 is our newest unit. It is an air-conditioned two level unit. The first level consists of a full eat in kitchen, a family room with a fireplace, a small bar eating area, full bath with washer and dryer and a bedroom with a queen bed. The second level has two bedrooms. You need to walk through the larger bedroom to get to the other. The larger bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed with a walk out balcony. The smaller bedroom has a full size bed. This unit sleeps 8 comfortably. There is room for a few twin size aerobeds. Cottage 1 is just waiting to be your home away from home.
Payment in full plus $150.00 security deposit due upon arrival. Security deposit will be returned 1 week after check out providing facilities are clean and undamaged after inspection.
Cancellations: Deposit returned less $50.00 service charge provided cottage is re-rented.
Included with cottage: Linens & blankets, TV & VCR, kitchen with stove, refrigerator & microwave, cooking utensils and tableware, fireplace, fenced dog kennel with dog house, row boat or canoe, gas grills, porta-crib, and high chairs.
Towels are not provided. Dog vaccinations must be current. There are no phones. Firewood is available for $3.50 per bundle.
$15.00 per night each additional person.
$10.00 per night per child age 6-15, kids under 5 free.
$10.00 per night per dog (upon approval).
50% Deposit required (Weekend 1 night - Weekly 3 nights) 2 weeks prior to booking.
