This beautifully restored 5 bedroom vacation rental farmhouse is just 30 minutes drive from golden beaches and turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea. The National parks of the Gran Sasso (Italy's largest) and the Maiella are close by, making la Casa Rosa an ideal location for nature enthusiasts, skiers and beach lovers alike.
This amazing rural farmhouse was totally restored by Summer 2006, offering all the mod cons yet retaining its original features. The total internal area measures approx 250 square meter The outside sits in about half acre of secluded landscaped garden with own private swimming pool (open from May to September). A car is essential and there is plenty of parking for 5 cars
We believe that our guests deserve the privacy of their own double sized bedrooms, hence we advertise the farmhouse as sleeping 10 people. However, additional sleeping arrangements for up to 5 more people can be arranged.
Prices based on 10 people. An extra Euro 10 per person per night for use of Cot or pull out beds. Please note that the 4 extra beds are suitable for children only.
Euro 25 p/p will be deducted on departure for cleaning, linen change and utility bills (min charge E 100). Midweek linen change and clean can be arranged for E20 p/p (min charge E100) .
£ 500 non-refundable deposit to reserve a rental period.
50% of balance 4 months prior to arrival .Full settlement 2 months before arrival date.
If required, for £100 ,we can hold a reservation for 7 days to enable you to arrange plans, flights...(more than 2 months before proposed arrival date).
Special offers: - A 20% discount will be offered off the listed rental rates on all availabilities 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Additional cleaning and linen change fees apply. Minimum rental cost £750.
A damage deposit of £500 is required upon arrival / collection of keys.
Swimming pool will be covered from late September to early May.
