On the ground floor is an entrance porch and hallway with utility room and cloakroom/toilet off. The lounge-diner with patio-door to the small front garden and sitting area leads to a fully equipped open-plan breakfast kitchen. The first floor has two bedrooms (1double/twin and one child-room withsingle bed and extra bed available) and bathroom. The top floor has the larger master bedroom with en-suite bathroom/shower and a study/sitting area. Well behaved pets are welcome to stay with their owners in Ribbleway Cottage.
