Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Dishes, pans, utensils, and towels are also provided. Living Room: Color TV, cable, VCR, and phone (No long distance calls allowed). There are also two couches which pull out into full beds. Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms with beds as follows: One queen and two twins, and another queen bed respectively. Plus, there are two couches which pull out into full beds. House sleeps 6 - 12. Sheets and pillowcases are provided. Bathroom: Tub with shower, as well as stacked washer and dryer. (Bath and Beach Towels are not provided). Outdoors: Grill (BBQ) Less than 1 block from the beach. 1 block to downtown Frankfort.
