This spacious 2700 square foot house is ideal to accommodate large (and smaller) parties, who value their space, privacy, fun, and key amenities.
A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $500 PER RENTAL PERIOD MUST ACCOMPANY CHECK FOR RENTAL. THAT DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED, MINUS $100 MANDATORY CLEANING CHARGE, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RENTAL, PROVIDED THERE IS NO DAMAGE, BREAKAGE OR THEFT.
DURING THE SUMMER, THE PONTOON BOAT MAY BE RENTED FOR $200 PER WEEKEND; AND $500 PER WEEK. RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GAS.
RENTER MUST SIGN SEPARATE AGREEMENT FOR PONTOON BOAT RENTAL.
PETS ARE WELCOME, BUT THERE IS A $200 PER PET FEE REQUIRED, AND ALL PETS MUST BE LISTED ON CONTRACT.
