The self-catering accommodation is tailor made for your relaxation with really comfortable beds,which can be kingsize or twins as required. It has reclining chairs and an open gasfire in the living space, a full size dining table and lots of reading material and information booklets on everything to do locally.
Take time out to enjoy the secluded patio-garden through the French door, just off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer and separate dryer, microwave and conventional oven and hob. All bed linen and towels supplied. For your added convenience Boland Townhouse has its own off-street parking directly in front of the house. The Townhouse occupies the first and second floors with storage at ground level for golf clubs,. surf boards etc. The beauty of Boland Townhouse is its proximity to all that Kinsale has to offer. The town is renowned for its wonderful gourmet restaurants, its art and craft shopping, local walking, golf, sailing fishing & all sorts of water activities, music, history and culture. Terms and Conditions: One third of rent payable to secure a booking. Balance of rent payable one month before arrival, together with security deposit of €50. Bed linen, towels, utilities and local phone calls are included. PC with broadband internet connection is included. (if using your own laptop it will need a Wireless Network Device) No smoking, no pets allowed, maximum 4 persons. Check-in from 4pm on day of arrival, departure by 11am on date of leaving
