The Gate House includes oil fired central heating and is finished to a high standard to give a luxury holiday experience with panoramic views over Inverness, the hills to the North and West. The garden area extends to nearly 0.5 acre with open spaces for children and connecting walks to the amenity woodland nearby. This fully integrated kitchen in beech includes all the equipment you would expect in a new home. Integrated microwave, oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge and electric ceramic hob. All appliances were carefully chosen to be of the highest energy efficiency we could source. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a high standard of china & cooking utensils. The floor is ceramic tiled and is open plan into the dining area with beech flooring which is very bright with the morning sun shining in while cooking breakfast. This is a bright spacious room with windows to full roof height. Features in this room include a plasma style wall mounted gas fire, 36" LCD TV system with Freeview DVD and VCR.

This spacious room comprises a double bed with fitted wardrobe, wall mounted TV, bedside lighting and an adjacent wet room en suite. Linen, towels and electric blankets are supplied in all bedrooms. This spacious room includes a double head shower with level entry and no shower door as the floor is slightly angled to capture the water. Also included are a sink and toilet which will meet category 2 STB disabled award with grab rails adjacent to toilet and in the shower area. This bedroom consists of twin beds which can zip link together, bedside reading lights and fitted wardrobe. The same quality carpeting is used in this room and a vanity sink unit is provided and wall mounted TV.
