A beautiful air conditioned three bedroom two bath holiday villa with a west facing screened solar heated pool and deck overlooking a lake. The bedrooms comprise a King bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest and Twin beds in the third Bedroom. The holiday villa sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Each of the bedrooms has its own TV (with either DVD or VCR facility) and ceiling fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of appliances and contains a breakfast table with 4 chairs for casual dining. The living room is open plan with formal dining table and chairs next to the breakfast bar. The lounge has comfortable sofas and an armchair for TV viewing or for watching the lake's wildlife, through the panoramic patio doors.

There is garaging for 2 vehicles. The garage door is electrically operated. Further vehicles can be parked on the drive.Unlimited local, long distance and international phone calls are provided free of charge.
