We are a married couple with four grown children, one grandchild so far, and love the blue ocean and nature. Doug has his own business restoring roofs, and Carol is a registered nurse.
Why they chose this property
We love the location and beautiful views. Also having a nice clean ocean to swim, boat, fish, and go clamming in without getting in your car to find and pay for parking is wonderful. It is our happy relaxing place to enjoy and we feel blessed to have been able to purchase it.
What makes this property unique
We do not need to leave here to have fun, except to purchase food and explore nearby scenic funfilled towns like Newport for a change.

Beautiful cottage with a gorgeous bay view. Quiet and serene yet very close to alot. An hour to Plymouth, 1/2 hour to Newport. Great take out and eat in options abound.

Amazing views as soon as you enter !Loved the fully enclosed back yard for our dog . Such a relaxing time sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and our night time wine . Very easy to walk to great pubs and restaurants and the nearby beach. Thankyou Carol and Doug .

Staying here was like staying at a friend’s home! Everything you could possibly need is there and the location can’t be beat! Being able to travel with my dogs and have a fenced in yard and the water right there was heaven for me! Carol was great to work with any time I had a question.
