"Oh Happy Day" offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and beachside charm for a memorable vacation such a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the beach! The upgraded 200 MBPS Wi-Fi and amenities like pools, hot tubs, and a snack shack definitely add to the relaxation. Being close to restaurants and Pier Park makes it convenient for dining and entertainment. Plus, the beach views from the 12th floor balcony are spectacular!
 
The space Oh Happy Day at Sunrise Beach Resort is an amazing three bedroom and two bath condo. The living area of kitchen, dining, and seating accommodates 8 guests. The separate laundry room has full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has a regular coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, 4 slice toaster, and great pots to whip up a quick meal. BBQ grill is first come basis.

Lock on door. Free Wi-Fi Hot tub Gym Two big swimming pools (one is heated) Water kids playground Grill area has gas grills located on P1 boardwalk. Grills are prohibited on balcony per Florida law. Guest Parking Fee $40 flat rate for one car. No oversize vehicles. Max 2 cars per unit. Registration prior to stay required. The link is emailed. No paper pass.
 
Other things to note All rental agreements and pre-arrival forms MUST be filled out prior to stay or booking will be declined. This information helps the host properly set up for your stay. Minimum age 25 years old to book and must be present during the stay. TYIA The monitored parking garage REQUIRES prior to stay - registration and payment of $40 per car per stay, limit 2 autos and no oversized vehicles. No paper pass is issued. Security staff check license plates. Please apply aerosol / spray sunscreen outside of the condo. The overspray damages our furnishings. Thank you for your cooperation.

Wonderful stay


Such a wonderful stay right on the beach, we will be back! Virginia was very accommodating and so sweet. We extended our stay and she made it happen. She communicated well and responded quickly. Condo was spotless and spacious. We had enough kitchen and bathroom supplies for the 6 days. One thing that stood out, is that she definitely made this condo a beautiful site and comfortable as if she was staying in it. Super Host!!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this PCB condo. Excellent location beachfront with a great view. Beach access was perfect. Walkable to several restaurants. Very nice pool area. We would stay again.

Very nice and clean. A perfect beachfront place to stay. Large balcony. Comfy beds. Virginia was very attentive to questions and issues. Only one issue during stay with TV/Wi-Fi -and she sent a tech over first thing. Would recommend “Oh Happy Day” for your next PCB getaway l!
