We enjoy visiting with our guests who come from all over the world and we go the extra mile to make their stay at Sunglow enjoyable and a memorable experience. We pride ourselves in repeat guests that come year after year and refer their family and friends.

Why they chose this property
We really like the location of Sunglow Condo Motel. It is located right on the PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL Beach, close to EVERYTHING and just 2 short blocks to TOWN. SUNGLOW IS A VERY SOLID WELL CONSTRUCTED CONCRETE ART DECO STYLESTRUCTURE.
What makes this property unique
Its just a short minutes scenic walk along beautiful Gulf Blvd to Wynn Dixie grocery store, dress&gift shops, hair salons , beachy restaurants /beach bars or the Worlds Famous Johns Pass waterfront Boardwalk. The popular beach trolley stops out front and is a must scenic ride along the scenic Blvd to Clearwater Beach or St.Petersburg Beach at the other end. A 1 day pass is just $2.00. Guests and friends always enjoy the barbeque cookout, under the palm trees, at Sunglow.

We were seeking a small place with beachfront access, and this just worked out perfectly. The description about avoiding big common areas and parking garages sounded so good, and it worked out so well, we loved our balcony view of the waterfront and the short walk to the beach. What a wonderful stay…..


If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place for you. Plenty of good restaurants and the best part is you are less than a two minute walk to the beach. Your host, Doc, is a pleasure to work with and accommodating.

We had a great time. The penthouse was very convenient to the beach, restaurants and other things. If we had any questions Doc was very helpful. We would stay at this place again! Great view of the sunset from our deck!
