Great time in Belize!!


We had a great time in Belize!! This location is about 9.5 miles from the main little city of San Pedro. It was nice being away from the hustle of the city but also being close enough to head in to town. Golf carts are the main way to get around, so it does take about 40 mins to get in to town via golf cart. The only problem we experienced with the condo was the upstairs room/bathroom. I would recommend changing the shades upstairs to black out shades, otherwise the sun comes up and there’s no sleeping in past 6 AM. Also, the shower upstairs doesn’t have much water pressure.. if you turn it all the way hot to warm it up, it is barely a trickle that comes out. Otherwise it’s a perfect condo for 3 couples that want their own rooms with bathrooms in each room; gives everyone privacy. The beds are comfortable enough and the views from the balconies are amazing! Eddie was SO HELPFUL during our stay.. we appreciated his help so much! We would stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay with our family! Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset! Lot's to do on the water and choices of restaurants nearby as well as on site.

Amazing views!


We had a great stay! The condo had an amazing view and great amenities. There were some things that needed to be fixed but the property management was working on it. The beach was fantastic. It is a bit remote and far from San Pedro but if you don't mind a golf cart drive into town, it wont bother you. For us, it was perfect since we wanted a quieter vacation. Exactly what we needed to relax.

Wonderful stay


We had a wonderful stay in our beach front condo. Very clean, well-stocked, and good AC. The three pools were great, and it was nice to have kayaks and paddle boards at our disposal. It is a fairly quick paddle out to the reef where the snorkeling was good. On our last day, the water was calm which allowed us to fish for bone fish right off the beach. The pier is a nice place to swim and hangout. The staff were very responsive and friendly, and helped us with all our needs, including transportation and booking a snorkeling tour (the boat picked us up right at the pier). I was worried about the distance from San Pedro but it landed up being a positive thing. We loved the location. Peaceful yet accessible to the town. If you are into nature, explore further up north for isolated beaches, birding, fishing, and easy access to the reef.
