This place is a must-stay


This place is a must-stay. The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous, and the surrounding area was beautiful. There was still quite a bit of sargassum present during our stay, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We would happily stay here again. The location is very far north and more remote, about a 45-minute drive from the ferry terminal, roughly 20 minutes from a full grocery store, and about 30 minutes from a gas station (though a new one is currently being built).

Great Place to stay!


I would definitely stay at La Beliza again when I come back to Belize. The resort had beautiful surroundings, right by the ocean, extremely spacious and accommodating to our needs. We all felt right at home but on vacation.

Amazing Views!


Our family of five enjoyed our stay at La Beliza. The rental was very clean with a stocked kitchen for preparing a variety of meals. The local security and management were very helpful checking in and helping with our early morning departure. The working A/C was fantastic! The shared onsite pool was very refreshing and never busy. The shared property pier was perfect to be picked up by our chartered excursions. The location is very remote and takes about an hour to take your golf cart into San Pedro. Come prepared and enjoy the peace and comfort of being away from the masses. The beach access is not accessible due to no maintenance of the debris that floats in with the waves. Some locations have the sargassum cleaned and removed but this property does not. It produces an off putting odor as you approach the beach. The sargassum extends well beyond the pier, so no swimming in the water unless you boat out a couple hundred yards.
