The space
Welcome to your dream beachfront retreat, located 4.5 miles south of San Pedro, where lush tropical gardens meet the serene Caribbean Sea. This private oasis offers breathtaking views of Caye Caulker, Hol Chan Marine Reserve, and Shark Ray Alley, along with a garden filled with mango, lime, avocado, and banana trees. Downstairs Unit
The lower level offers a completely private space with its own kitchen, living area, and wood deck facing the sea. This unit includes one queen bedroom and two en-suite bathrooms, along with a versatile home office that doubles as a bedroom with a pull-out couch. The large veranda and beautifully landscaped surroundings create a tranquil setting for relaxation.

Other things to note
Golf Carts are the main form of transportation on the island. But taxi's are available upon request. We can help you book carts and your taxi. Our concierges Cecelia and Ezequiel live a short distance from the house and are available for any emergencies. They are very friendly and would be happy to help you plan your tours and activities and an amazing experience.

Enjoyed our stay at La Perla Azul! Everything was exactly as described. Cecelia and Ezequiel were great hosts. Including a golf cart with the house is a great touch as it is a fair drive from town. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle while still being close enough to the action we would highly recommend a stay here!

Beautiful Property!


The property was absolutely beautiful. The dock over the water was amazing to relax and watch sea life. The pool was fantastic for our young son. The views, pool and dock are just plain amazing. Cecelia was incredibly helpful setting up rides for our arrival and Ezekiel who met us at the property was awesome and so helpful. Very responsive with any issues.

Amazing Views!!


La Pearla Azul was the perfect spot for a peaceful family getaway. The home was very clean and the location was beautiful. The home is a bit far from town and takes a minimum of 15 minutes to get to restaurants on a difficult unpaved road.
